Unity Candles

Unity candles are sometimes referred to as the wedding candles or the matrimonial candles. Traditionally, unity candles include one large pillar candle (“the unity candle”) and two taper candles. The latter, lighted by the mothers of the bride and groom at the beginning of the wedding ceremony and are later use by the wedded couples to light large pillar candle during the wedding. White unity candles are the motif for it symbolizes holiness or sacredness of the matrimony.
            There are unity candles tied with satin or chiffon ribbon bow embellish with hand-sewn pearls, silver or gold tiny bullets. The ribbon bow depends on the wedding motif.             Hand paintings of personalized design vary from the whimsical flair of polka dots, black lace, piazza lace, flower frames, and several types of monogram (square or interlocking monogram). Engravings, on the other hand include not only Swarovski crystals but rhinestones as well.
            Unity candles are made from Paraffin wax, palm wax, and beeswax. The latter two are dripless and soot-free. However, Palm wax is more refined for creates luxurious crystalline effect candles
